Designer Partnership Program Agreement
This Designer Partnership Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of [Effective Date] by
and between Danish Furniture Colorado (referred to as the “Store”), and [Designer’s Name] (referred to as the “Designer”).
l. Let’s Get Creative Together!
1. The Designer enthusiastically agrees to participate in the Designer Partnership Program (“Program”) offered by Danish Furniture Colorado. Let’s bring those design dreams to life!
2. As a valued partner, the Designer shall enjoy some awesome perks provided by Danish Furniture Colorado, including:
• A sweet $50 bonus for first-time purchases exceeding $1,000.
• A fabulous $50 gift certificate for in-store purchases called “Designer Dollars.”
• Store credits that grow as your business grows:
• Earn 2.5% store credit quarterly for hitting $10,000 in purchases per quarter.
• A 3% store credit quarterly for achieving $25,000 in purchases per quarter.
• Wow us with your creativity and bag a fantastic 5% store credit quarterly for reaching $50,000 in purchases per quarter.
3. The Designer promises to play by the rules and follow Danish Furniture Colorado’s guidelines on product specifications, design standards, and all-around awesomeness.

4. All Good Things…
4.1. This Agreement kicks in on the Effective Date and keeps the party going until one of us decides it’s time to say goodbye. Just give us 2-week notice, and we’ll wrap things up with a smile. All benefits are subject to change with a given notice and can be terminated by Danish Furniture at any time for any reason.
